About Black Santa Collectors

Welcome to The Black Santa Collectors Community

The Black Santa Collectors is the world’s largest community dedicated to celebrating and preserving Black Christmas memorabilia. From Santas and Mrs. Claus to Nutcrackers and ornaments, we’re a global family of collectors and enthusiasts.

Our journey began with our founder, Margo Scurry, who started her personal collection of Black Santas in 1993. What began as a passion project evolved into a movement when, in 2010, she launched a Facebook fan page to connect with others who shared her love for these meaningful treasures.

 

By 2021, the growing enthusiasm of the community led to the creation of a private Facebook group, providing a dedicated space for members to showcase their collections, share exciting local and online finds, and foster deeper connections. Today, this thriving group has grown to over 27,000 collectors from around the world!

At The Black Santa Collectors, we share, we educate, and we advocate. Our mission is to celebrate the artistry and representation of Black Christmas figures while building a supportive and passionate community.

 

We’re thrilled to now offer exclusive merchandise that lets our members show their pride in being part of the BSC family. With slogans like “Proud to be a BSC” and “Black Santa Matters,” we’re spreading our message of love, inclusion, and holiday cheer.
